Welcome to Backseat Driver Traffic Safety Program,

the most exciting way to have your Arizona traffic citation dismissed. 

Whether you’ve been involved in an accident or been caught by photo radar, our program gives you a fun and exciting way to make the ticket go away. Once you’ve completed one of our classes 4½ hour classes, your ticket is dismissed and no points are assessed on your driving record- meaning no fines to pay and no reporting to insurance companies.

Our school fee is only $30, which is the cheapest in-person or "live" class in Pima and Cochise counties. Please note that by law all defensive driving schools charge a State Fee, State Surcharge Fee, and a Court Fee. Our classes are held in various locations throughout the state. Visit our “Class Times and Locations” page for more information on when and where our classes are. When you’re ready to register, visit our “register for classes” page and give us basic information, such as your name, contact info, and citation number. 

When you arrive, we must receive payment in the form of cash or a money order before you begin the class, as well as a copy of your citation and government issued photo identification.
